All orders are subject to acceptance by JellyFlash.
JellyFlash reserves the right to alter prices and products at any time.
Cancellation of orders is not accepted as most orders are dispatched during the day of ordering.
If we are unable to provide goods within a reasonable time due to circumstances outside our control we will either agree a new timescale or cancel the order issuing a full refund.

Claims for non-delivery must be made within 7 days of the invoice date to support@jellyflash.com.

| Returns : |
JellyFlash agrees to credit unwanted goods if returned within 14 days of delivery. All returned goods must be accompied by a valid Returns Number issued via support@jellyflash.com. The goods must be returned unopened and in perfect re-saleable condition. All returns will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. |
| Liability : |
JellyFlash does not accept any liability for failure to deliver within the approx. time stated. JellyFlash accepts no liability for packages damaged during transit. JellyFlash shall under no circumstances be liable for any consequential or indirect damage or loss, however caused.
